Information you enter
The enquiry form lets you prepare a message containing your name, email address, optional phone number, topic and message. The website does not store this form information in a database or in your browser’s local storage.
Email enquiries
When email enquiries are available, choosing “Open email draft” transfers the information you entered to your chosen email application. You review and send the message from that application. Opening the draft does not itself send an enquiry to ZIA.
What to leave out
Please do not include medical records, identification documents, bank details or payment information in an initial enquiry. If more information is needed, ask the team how it should be shared.
Technical services
The website’s hosting service and your email provider may process technical information needed to deliver their services. This website does not include advertising trackers or an analytics integration.
